Hey folks. My 2005 Prius is riding a little rough in the front. It seems like it might be the drivers side front wheel. I can hear the revolutions of the tire/wheel and I get a slight feeling of those revolutions from the drivers seat. Any ideas? I was thinking warped rotor but I'm no mechanic.

    Thanks folks!

Can you be more specific? For example, is it just a noise? Or is there a vibration? If so, is it primarily in the wheel or the seat of the pants? Does it change with speed? Is it associated with braking?

The sound changes with speed (quicker revolutions sound) and the slight vibration seems to stay the same under my foot regardless of speed (I top out at 70).

If it is a low rumble or hum, my guess is you have a bad wheel bearing.

A warped rotor manifests itself as a shuddering that appears only during braking, felt through the brake pedal.

Your problem sounds like a wheel bearing.
