    You must activate storing the password even if no password is required. Then the small internet dialog will pop up too but without wait for confirmation.

    hello if anyone tried an external USB or wirless keyboard on this Roadrover systems because my opera and internet explora works but can't get the keyboard to pop up so can't enter any URL's i have to click start run then type the URL ( on run i get the on screen keybaord ) then copy it and put it back in url link and click enter. so long way.

    I wonder. That was never a problem on my unit. Both opera and IE let the keyboard pop up. What OS is your unit running ?

    Dears,

    I have bought a Toyota Sequoia and put inside DVD Navigation system but I don't know the reference.

    What I know is OS and MDU number:

    OS: AR-PRIMA-ARM-SLC-V1.40
    MCU: 8.047TT6H7HN8R

    I would like to upgrade it to the last software.

    Should I updgrade OS only or OS + MCU ?
    Also what's the difference between both ?

    Car DVD Navigation System,Car GPS Navigation System,China Car DVD Navigation System Manufacturer

    OS = Windows Embedded CE 6.0
    MCU = firmware to control low level of all hardware like keys, display, all audio and video interfaces incl. iPod and bluetooth.

    Every MCU version is special to one unit only. So its NOT usable for any unit. Don't ever try to update !
    There are newer version of OS than V1.40 but all in English. I don't know any Arabic OS. Top up to date version is EN-PRIMA-ARM-SLC-V1.55
    In my optinion it's not necessary to update OS. You would not notice any difference.

    What UI version is running on your unit ? pls post a screen shot or photo of main screen

    My main issue actually, sound quality is not good...-((

    I very surprise regarding the poor option to adjust sound; only Bass, Medium, high...no loudness option or other.....

    So Is there any thing to do to improve sound quality (original audio system was much better in term of sound quality)

    Also what can I customize this navigation system ?

    How can I add new Map (Garmin Middle east, IGO middle east, etc....)

    And to finish, how can I be sure that is JBL supporting? I didn't insert it by myself, Toyota did so I don't know if they connect JBL system to my navigation (my sound is so poor in term of quality)

    Sorry I'm beginner in such system and I don't know how I can do things...

    once my system got crashed and i had V1.53 on it so i update the OS to 1.51 got the update from here. and shell 2.86.7 do you think i should try to update it back to V1.53 or 1.55 in order to get the keyboard pop-ups while using internet. BTW Strodos, can you pass the link here for the 1.53 or the 1.55

    just wanna know, when you say backup, means just copy the both files and folders under those 2 drives (NAND FLASH, StaticStore) by using CMCD.exe to the pen drive and then copy back, or i have to use a special back-up software for restore and backup that. also has anyone updated the 1.55 version and any problem on that or any good compare to old versions? remember i have a Keyboard popup problem when connected to Internet. hope this will solve my problem.

    my system also came with AR 1.53 (NOT 1.41)i think you can update to latest versions such as 1.51, 1.53 i tried and no problem.
