This one is for IPhone without cover? I would like to see how it works with my lifeproof cover

It's actually for an iPhone with a medium sized case. I use an otterbox commuter and the holster grooves are pretty exact. I think they make a holster for even bigger cases but I'm not 100% sure about that.

I don't have my Prius (yet) but I have this iPad mount in my focus and it's awesome. Home | The Joy Factory

I just bought the RAM mount holder, which can double as a camera mount, it can mount inside a car, on a motorcycle, and on bikes. It's mostly aluminum, and sticks well. I used the spring loaded iphone holder that is pretty strong instead of the snap in holder used for iphones without cases. I would rather spend a little more for something well made, and versatile. I hate the cheap crap which breaks and ends up in the dump.

Thanks for the heads up about the Mountek. I have been using it the for the last couple weeks and it works pretty well minus a few caveats in my C2.

    Pros:
    - Quick release works well with my iPhone 4 with a case
    - NO suction cups!
    - Cut out for iPhone charger

    Cons:
    - Viewing angles and sometimes limited depending on the glare
    - Either air vent can be potentially blocked or radio screen
    - Cosmetic: Felt CD drive gets imprinted

I will try and post some pictures once I have a chance.

I'm a huge believer in RAM mounts. The quality and versatility are both stellar. I'd like a solution for mounting my 10" Asus Transformer Infinity though. The dashboard mount looks pretty good. I have two extensions on my ram mount so the phone is very close to the steering wheel - almost in line with the gauges so I barely have to take my eyes off the road. It's safer than looking at the radio... Anyway, thanks everyone for all the mounting tips.

I've been using the iOttie mount for my iPhone 5 and love it. It uses the best suction cup design I've ever seen or used. It attaches to the dash and doesn't move at all. I live in Texas and while it hasn't been very hot since I bought my Prius C in October, there have been a enough warm days that I'm not worried when the summer weather returns. The best part is that it doesn't leave a suction cup mark on the windshield.

    Amazon sells it for $20.

When I need to mount my iphone, I use a belkin tunebase.

That looks really nice. I was able to find it in stock on amazon.co.jp but it appears that particular accessory is restricted from being shipped internationally.

You can get this using a proxy buying service, such as this: Shopping Mall Japan - Japanese Purchasing, Auction, and Shopping Service! (USA too!)

The final price would be somewhere in the neighborhood of $40-$45 shipped to your door. Here's an example of the breakdown, taken from a post here
