Just to share, I was able to get just under 25k OTD with 6.75 tax so 23k +TTL plus the 250 debit card from toyota, 2yr service on the car (oil changes and such) and 0% for 3 yrs.

not 20,999 but good deal anyway

That's disgusting. My lease is up in March of next year and if the Prii are going for the price of a song like that I'll ditch it and get a new one. My current Prius I got a great price on, but not $21k; it was just impossible then. Look how the mighty fall--this time last year that price would+thousands.

You do need to strike while the iron is hot, though. From month to month the incentives can change.

It seems like there must be a heck of a lotta 2012 regular hatchback Prius's out there. You really
do not see any deals on the Prius C model.

Looks like some of our forum members picked up a brand new regular Prius for the same price
    as a Prius C.

In my book the regular Prius has a lot more to offer in size and perhaps in mpg's on the highway
than the Prius C. That just my opinion.

It's right; the C is quite inferior and only should be purchased--if priced the same as a Prius Two--by those who insist on some level of impractical trendiness. It's slower, no better on gas, and smaller, among other things.

1000 cash back for recent graduates. though to get similar features you need to step up to trim level two on the C.

I would agree, I was not impressed by the C. The interior was very cheap looking- no cloth at all.
Being on a yaris frame, there was 0 trunk space (not even enough for a stroller I think).

You certainly see some savings and for anyone on a very limited budget, would be a good alternative to a non-hybrid. But the hatchback seems like the better car.
