    Saw "The Possession" tonight. Very mediocre, typical possession horror flick. Very much a "C" experience.

    No spoilers here. But "The Prius" plays a part in the movie. In a not so flattering way. The family that is beset with demonic problems, happens to be the family of a divorced couple. The mother's new boyfriend, who is very much presented as being the "new" guy that really isn't so cool, he's presented as being kinda a jerk....is represented as a Prius owner.

    Infact he is attacked by unseen demonic forces shortly after being shown obsessively cleaning the front windshield of his Prius. The Prius is shown cowardly driving away.....

    The subliminal message seemed to be "Jerks Drive Prius".

    Seems like Prius gets plenty of Hollywood screen time...but usually in a comedic or negative light.

    I don't know. I went and seen it last night and I don't blame him for making like a banana and splitting. He was smart to do so or he would have most likely died, so that really means he was the smart one. :) I wouldn't have given her the chance to make my teeth fall out though. As soon as I'd see her get off the swing and stare creepily at me, I'd be like "K. Peace out."

    I did get excited though when I seen the Prius! & I thought the demon in the girl was so going to say as she watched him clean his windshield obsessively, "Prrrrrriiiiiiiiiuuuuuuusssssss." in her deep scary voice.

    Oh, I don't blame him for running, characters in horror movies don't cut and run enough.

    But it was clearly presented that he was cowardly, a jerk...and owned a Prius. I honestly don't think it was just coincidence....someone in the creative department thought adding a Prius to his character would make him more "Jerk Like".
