A 30 second TV Spot in NYC Prime Access (7:25PM) is not cheap. And its for only one vehicle...with a special lease.

Prius Advanced Plug-In $269 a month on 36 month lease.

I've spoken to quite a few people and no one can remember a :30 TV Spot in the #1 Market for a limited production vehicle - along with lease prices that were $200+ a month higher just 60 days ago.

That's the deal I got (Central NY tho), dealer contacted me to let me know about it, but found it on Toyota's site as well. Don't think most people would understand what this car offers.

I think that is basically the 3150 off lease special. that is the amount on leases in NY, at least that was what i got on my lease here. It was 3150 off the top then i also worked my best deal which got me in the 29k range.

hmm I must have misread the website, I looked up the local offers, and it mentioned $269/36 months for the base model. I got the $3150 as well, which is what made this lease very affordable without any down payment.

Yeah, Toy. is offering a very good deal. I just saw the TV add at an ABC ststion again last night .
I was one of the few early adopters in NY State at an introductory premium price, but no regrets at all.....

Though this thread is old, unfortunately you are correct.

See the ad direct from TV in Post 1. It clearly has the price - and clearly says Advanced Model Shown.

However, the dealers refused to do that deal for Advanced Models - and technically the ad just says the Advanced Model is shown - not that the Advanced Model is what the deal if for.

Again, remember this was NOT an individual dealer that ran this ad. It is 100% sketchy as hell - and made me loose more faith in Toyota that they would use questionable ethics. Just another reason to believe all car companies are crooks.
