Mine came with LEDs.

 

Here's mine using Ebay cheap led 194/168 6K bulbs. I recommend using bulbs with leds on the sides and also on top. Nice little upgrade

 

I don't have the link to the exact bulbs, but mine is something like this. Make sure you don't get the one that is too long, as it will rub the cover from the bottom. To me, this one is about the right size. I use these on rear plate, doors, and overhead lighting as well.

Don't forget to change the ones behind the amber side reflectors too. You will have to loosen the front bumper and remove the headlights to get at them though.

 

Hope it works out for you, the seller has a lot of negative feedback for low quality stuff.

In other words, they are not meant to replace the low beam bulbs on your vehicle. They simply aren't bright enough. I purchased cree projector LEDs for my foglights, and they are no where as bright as the 55w halogen bulbs they replaced. I'm OK with it though, as I'm only using them as DRLs.

 

No, another option is to buy an HID conversion kit. There are several threads regarding those, what brand, how much, color temperature, wattage, etc.
