I have the height set at around an inch clearance from the wells to the tire. Don't have the exact measurement right now but I would say around 2 inches drop (or maybe a little bit more). I have the fronts set at 14 clicks and the rears at 17 clicks for the damper (32 being the softest, 0 being the stiffest setting).

I've had good success with Duplicolor Adhesion Promoter followed by the Duplicolor Plastic Paint (flat black). Let me know what you figure out to do with the 2 smaller buttons as I was stumped. :(

    Hey E

You should just hook up your DRLs to the fog lights temporarily so you can rock them for awhile!

The black and red wires that you connect to your new fog lights you just connect to the DRL. Then you can turn them on and off with your fog light switch (your parking lights and or headlight will have to be on)

    Sean,

You could replace the 2 small pieces with similarly cut clear, white, or colored plastic. Then do a matte black overlay with the symbols cut out. If you took the 2 pieces to any sign maker he could scan them and make a layover with the symbols removed so the light shined through. Just an idea.

How did you manage to pull apart the steering wheel control inserts?

Yeah I'm looking into getting a sticker made so I can make the buttons clear again & lay down the new sticker so I can paint over it. Will see if they can make them.

U have to remove the Airbag to get the inserts off the wheel. Then its just a matter of removing the screws that hold the buttons to the covers.

I got a larger bevel glass rearview mirror. After driving my brothers Passat for a few weeks with the large rearview mirror I really grew to like it. This one I got is alright. It just clamps over the OEM mirror 20121101_142333.jpg

Also swapped in some Xenon/HID Silverlight bulbs, and change the headlight illuminator with a whiter light (blue glass) light.

And got an automatic tire inflator that I set to 40PSI and auto shut off so I can screw around for those 2 minutes instead of watching the psi gauge.
