Powering off the Prius while ICE is still running...

I am not sure if this is a problem just because I have a One trim, but sometimes if I am on a short trip and my hybrid battery has gone down to 1/4 level, the ICE will kick in to charge it and will remain on even after I have put the car in park and I have ended up powering off the car while this is still going on. Does anyone know if this is something that will cause damage to the car? I am hoping not considering normal ICE cars get shut off all the time while the ICE is running, but my Prius ends up powering down a little more noisily than normal, so I am a tad bit worried.

 

Thanks for the reassurance...I did not think it would be a problem, but the car definitely has a rougher power down when the ICE is still engaged.
