50 miles on a 2 the only problem so far is my driving. I will follow up.

I have a little over 6k miles on mine, and overall I love it, but I have a few nitpicky items:

    1. Whenever I have a USB drive in the USB slot, the radio will automatically start playing music from it regardless of what I had the radio set to when I last shut it off. Same with my BT tethered smartphone. If it's paired at car startup, it will start playing music from it, I have to manually switch to something else. Annoying.

    2. The MPG meter is consistently about 1-2 miles per gallon high per tankful. Annoying.

    3. The location of the EV and ECO mode buttons prevents me from putting anything in the little slot next to the handbrake... a common spot for me to put a book or an extra drink. Annoying.

Other than those minor issues, I love it and am happy I made the purchase.

Number of people mentioned that they can hear wind noise, but honestly speaking I can't hear anything. I've driven my c at 75 mph for long stretches and I couldn't hear a thing. It was very quiet in the car. And I am actually the one who is annoyed with very little rattling in my car. I am not sure if the wind noise affects some of the c's or it's just different people geting annoyed by different sound broadbands. Probably that's what it is.

The only problem I have with my C is that it doesn't burn enough gas.

No, seriously, no issues so far. with 3800 miles (over 7 months ... don't drive that much). The other day though, the ICE was extremely rough at idle when I started it up. The car hadn't been driven in about a week though. The rough idle was pretty bad - shook the car as if there were a serious misfire. This cleared up quickly though and I noticed no performance issues.

I had a similar problem, replaced the USB thumb drive with another one and that took care of the problem. Make sure to format the flash drive as Fat not NTFS.

I have about 1400 miles and have a rattle in the dash or passenger door panel which is starting to bug me. Can't seem to pinpoint where its coming from. Also get some noises from the moonroof, not as often as the dash, but still notice it.

Yeah I get a few rattles here and there its not totally annoying i think some extra padding somewhere could stop it,

8200 miles here and no major issues. My glove box makes a squeaky noise almost every time I go over a bump which is annoying but other than that no problems whatsoever.

    Love my little Prius C2

One thing is starting to annoy me. When you shut off the car, the display says "see you". That is lame.

Nothing to report here, except the expected rattling that goes with any plastic interior. Hey, they had to make this car affordable somehow. I am glad it was on interior materials and not on reliability.

Just over 3000 and so far so good.
On a rare occasion there is a minor rattle, seems to be from the glove compartment.

3800 miles, I love my little Prii. The only thing that bugs me is some click or knock noise when the car starts rolling from dead stop while the ICE is taking over. It usually happens under rapid start or when you start driving uphill. When I'm gentle on accelerator and start rolling with the EV the transition from electrical motor to combustion engine is almost non detectable, in other words I don't hear any click or knock. It doesn't sound right IMO, I'm going to have the dealer look at this on my first service visit. Did anyone experienced that?

I actually bought my car on Friday and Monday my car had to be towed back to Toyota. The power steering went on it and now they are saying that it keeps losing power and not holding a charge. I'm very stressed out. I feel I have a lemon but not enough for the Lemon Law to go into effect. I'm not sure what to think at this point. It only has 290 miles on it and they've had it for three days now trying to figure it out.

Just passed 11,5k miles and still going strong. Winter is taking a noticeable hit on fuel economy, despite my winter tires having markedly lower rolling resistance than either the stock or my 3-season tires (I can drive in EV mode about 1 MPH faster).

Why get stressed? Either the dealership fixes the car, or you discuss with the dealership owner that they're forcing you to talk to your lawyer and determine a course for legal action. Threats often work better than actual lawsuits, but that's just my experience. There's no need to take the situation personal. You just have to convince the dealership to do their job and give you a working car you paid for.
