As it finally gets cold here in SC I am noticing that I am not getting heat in the cabin even though the car engine is warmed up according to my scan gauge. Anyone else have this problem?

It might help to give some Climate Control setting information.

I have had an issue close to this. Just tonight outside air temp was about 27 I had the temp set at 72 and noticed while waiting in line at a fast food joint that it was blowing cooler air almost like the a/c was on. At first I thought it might be the inside air temp was a lil warm so I set the temp to 80 to make sure...yup still cool. After I left and started driving about 3 minutes after I noticed it the warm air started to come back out. I am new to the prius and am curious if this is common or not.
