My 2010 prius has 19000 miles and it says I need maintenance.

If I take it to dealer, what kind of maintenance will the do? How much is it?

I would ask for what the maintenance guide dictates and decline any up selling they might do of extra services.

Regarding price, it varies quite a bit, so I'd recommend checking the websites of dealers in your area for service specials, then call around to see what pricing you can get. If you just drive in, you're going to pay a lot.

Is it 19,000 miles or 18,000,000 miles? I am unaware of any Prius doing 18 million miles, but I find it hard to believe a 3 year old car would only have 19,000 miles (My Prius v has 11,000 in 5 months)

Here is the 3 year service schedule:
    30,000 miles or 36 months
Check installation of driver’s floor mat
Clean cabin air filter (solar power ventilation system only)
Inspect and adjust all fluid levels
Replace cabin air filter (except solar power ventilation system)
    Replace engine air filter
Replace engine oil and oil filter
    Rotate tires
    Inspect the following:
    __ Automatic transmission fluid
__ Ball joints and dust covers
    __ Brake lines and hoses
    __ Brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs
    __ Drive shaft boots
    __ Engine/Inverter coolant
    __ Exhaust pipes and mountings
    __ Front differential oil
__ Fuel lines and connections, fuel tank band and fuel tank vapor vent system hoses
    __ Fuel tank cap gasket
    __ Radiator, condenser and/or intercooler
    __ Steering gear box
    __ Steering linkage and boots

Note: Driving in heavy traffic, on dirt roads or in urban, dusty or desert areas may shorten the life of the cabin air filter. Replacement may be needed if you notice reduced air flow from the air conditioner and heater or if the windows fog easily when you use the Fresh mode. Consult your dealer if any of these conditions occur.

Additional Maintenance Items for Special Operating Conditions
Driving on dirt roads or dusty roads:
Tighten nuts and bolts on chassis and body

You would be due for the 20k service, which is the minor service. This consists of an oil change with 0w-20, tire rotation and vehicle inspection.

18 million miles. That's only a couple of seconds in the Starship Enterprise.
