Well, I bit the bullet, ordered and now my ScanGuage is waiting for me to pick it up from the post office tomorrow. I've spent the evening doing my head in reading all the ScanGuage threads and re-reading the engine warm-up threads and printed out a few bits and pieces to refer to (I suspect I'll be re-reading notes before starting the car for a little while so I wanted to have them handy).

If it all works I'm eager to get a better understanding of my c's warm up behaviour as it remains an enigma to me. o_O

Thinking of buying the JDM front, rear and side body kits. My PC is black, do you guys think it would look good? The white PC gets nice contrast but I'm just afraid I won't even notice the kit with this color. Thoughts?

Would absolutely love to get my C to look like these JDM Aqua's. I'm also currently trying to find a set of rims that will look good. Getting tired of the steelie look. [IMG]

As long as money is no object, how about that kit that makes it look and perform just like a Farrari F-40.

Things I plan on doing this year: Tint, HID's, LED daytime and fog lights.

Things I probably won't do but wish for: Puddle lights under the mirrors or door handles. More lighting in the interior. Those JDM kits are nice looking. Leather steering wheel. My phone to automatically connect to the car for internet/music, not just phone, so annoying to go through 4 menu screens to connect everything.

I'm thinking of making my own rear bumper protector, they want too much for it in my opinion. Finally found a little light to put in that space behind the front cup holders, only 99 cents - can't beat that.

I go a mat from Home Depot that fit perfectly. One of those mats that is spongy like you would put in a kitchen. It was ten dollars.

that's more or less my list too. Add the super-cool TRD wing/spoiler and maybe a shark-fin antenna. Oh, and most important of all... a leather-wrapped steering wheel that looks "factory" (ie, not wheel-skins) and has two-tone black/blue to match the exterior paint job... (that's my next planned purchase)

BTW, for anyone thinking about heavy-duty floor mats, I highly recommend the Husky floor liners: they cover the left "foot rest" and protect the carpet in that area for the driver side left foot, and they are much cheaper than the Wathertech (and offer a single-piece rear seat liner that is awesome).
