    Its been a while since any updates to this thread, but I'd love to get a spring get together for us Michigan Prius lovers.

    Ideally I'd like to meet up somewhere with food (Bdubbs?) and then after go to a local park for some pictures and to tailgate...err hatchback it for a little bit. :D

    Anybody up for it?

    Definitely agree. And late April or May is perfect IMO.

    westland, not a popular area for such a car, mile from the ford truck plant, I have seen a few in town, I myself had a hard time bringing myself to consider an import to begin with, but I am a geek and lately I'm turning into a treehugguer, and while I find the car a bit overpriced at any condition, I found a decent deal in troy last fall, in my opinion, it was the only responsible buy, dont rat me out but I truly believe this is a verywell rounded daylydriver in every aspect, too bad the local engineers can't keep up, its not rocket science just politics and for the longest time I was blinded by it.

    Hi everyone! I have a quick question. I got my 2012 (2) a couple weeks ago from a dealership in Ohio. It worked fine until a few days ago when the electronic stuff went a bit crazy on me (yesterday the display and touch screen went blank for a second) and brakes started to make noises sounding like an enraged animal. The noises disappear after the first 10 minutes and the brakes went back to acting normal. I made an appointment to Victory Toyota in Canton for Tuesday but I'm always weary about dealerships, so my question is (phew! took me a minute to get to it! ) - can you recommend a dealership? One you've serviced your car at and with folks that know what they're doing?

    Oops! Forgot to add - I live in Belleville.

    they should all do ok, you probably still have waraty, thou it does not sound good, ask or check online for recalls, and if any get them done while you are at it, good luck

    Guys, once it warms up a little, I'd LOVE to arrange an unofficial Priuschat Michigan Member MEET at the Lake St Clair Metro Park (formerly Metropolitan Beach). Maybe mid-May or something... would you guys be interested in it?
