    Probably a combination of effects that could include something as simple as cabin air temperature preferences or the use of cruise control. The trick would be to do a correlation between the reported metrics and summary MPG to see what correlates.

    Ironically, both vehicles are/were being operated in Phoenix, AZ, area as business courier vehicles...and, one of the 'notes' says they were operated with "FULL A/C" which I can readily believe.
