I'm honour bound to suggest we return to the thread topic before rumours of mutiny abound.:p

Yep. But we use the same spelling if referring to cars or (slang) for fancy dental work, but another if cooking steaks.

See no reason why the PIP tire inflator can't be used alone to add additional air without the slime. Seems like no reason to have to carry an additional tire inflator. The PIP included 12V tire inflator should work like any other portable 12V tire inflator to put extra air in the tires even without putting in the slime, enough to make it to a station or repair shop as long as the tire is not completely unfixable. I carry a portable Slime Digital 12V tire inflator in my GenII for that purpose.

The filler hose is attached to the bottle of goop.

Here's a pic of what I did to my Toyota supplied one, after attempting to buy a 10 amp portable air compressor and finding they're all 15 amps.

I'm waiting to hear the the total cost of repair after the Toyota Slime is used. To clean up the mess (TPMS, Tire and Wheel) so it can be made serviceable again...if it can with out total replacement.

The Slime company apparently makes a TPMS safe Slime formula, such as Quick Spair, which cleans out with water.
"Look for the yellow bottle and the TPMS Safe icon. Many of Slime’s Spair kits also feature TPMS Safe Sealant. If your vehicle has TPMS, try the Smart Spair or Safety Spair from Slime."

Ours is still in the plastic wrap and didn't realize this. Thanks for that info. Guess I will bring along my Slime Digital 12V Tire Inflator on an upcoming road trip in case we could get by with just an emergency tire inflate.

This photo is a nice modification. A few Prius users have used the 12V Tire Inflators, such as the Slime Digital that I have, without blowing the fuse. Filled up tires on 2 Prii while in ACC mode, and in Ready mode. It worked fine.

Yep, I read that other thread. I'm just a wuss when it comes to possibly overtaxing a complex electrical system such as is in our cars. It only took me an hour to do the conversion and it can be reversed to use the can of flat fix by just removing the hose. Now I'm happy and I won't worry.

By the way, one of the benefits of doing it, was while pressure testing it to make certain the clamped hose wouldn't blow off at the straight nipple on the compressor I found that it has an internal pressure relief valve. It suddenly stopped increasing the pressure right at 55 psi.

No, you really ought to add a tire plug kit, pliers and diagonal pliers (cutters) along with the pump.

    You are kidding aren't you?

SEXUAL ASSAULT STATISTICS from One In Four USA

How Often Does Rape Happen to Women?

25% of college women survived rape since their fourteenth birthday.

In the year 2000, 246,000 women survived rape and sexual assault. This is 28 women every hour surviving rape and sexual assault.

A survey of high school female students found that 20% have been raped.

Rape is common worldwide, with relatively similar rates of incidence across countries, with 19%-28% of college women reporting rape or attempted rape in several countries.

    Are Men Raped?

3% of college men report surviving rape as a child or adult.

Because of an infamous case in California, as a woman, you cannot even trust the California Highway Patrolmen from raping or murdering you. That is why you are legally allowed to drive if flashed to stop until you reach a lighted place in the road.

This one from Harbor Freight works without blowing the fuse too, and it's under $10:
