P3107 is loss of communication with the airbags which could be a big problem in a rebuilt car. Does it still have airbags? Were they replaced?

P1121 is not a big deal. It is a coolant valve. I have done 3 of these in the last month on 05 and 06's it is about a $60 part from Toyota and 2 hours labor. You will need some Toyota coolant also. If it is dirty you should flush it but if it is clean just clamp off and refill as necessary.

You can google all the other codes but they are probably related to the loss of communication.

well , i will share my experience for all those codes , about the most important code ( the P3107 ) it was just a fuse and i replace it from the fuse box , and it become just fine , P1121 , its a stupid mistake from my side !! no water at all in the radiator ! so i bring anti rust water and i add it ( no need for anti freze water in my country ) and olso i pulled air from it ( you know to have a hot air ) , and about the low voltage error from transmsion , i changed the 12 V battery and again every thing become just fine ....thanks every one

You should try to get some Toyota SSLC coolant. Even though you don't need antifreeze, there are other considerations. From the owner's manual:

Abdullah, do you remember which fuse you replaced to resolve the P3107?
