replace battery pack

    am waiting for battery pack to arrive - does anyone know where there is a step by step printable instruction sheet on the battery pack removal? - also i don't have any electric protection gloces - do you need them for removal - if you have replaced your pack i would appreciate any tips - how long did it take for removal/installation? thanks

    $1,250 seems like a really good price for a 1 yr warranty rebuilt with free shipping. Who is the company? They may be able to get more business through here.
