How do you lower the volume on incoming calls? (non navi JBL sound btw)

This should be an easy one but can't figure it out. The ring and voice sound volume is soo loud! I tried lowering the audio volume but that didn't work.

Until you figure it out, try reducing the volume on your phone when a call comes in. Simple push the volume buttons on the side of the phone.

I know exactly what you're talking about. A few weeks ago I was driving in town when a call came in; the incoming call was so loud I jumped out of my seat. It's not hard to change once you figure out where to go. I'll give you a step by step on how to get there. 1. Hit the SET UP switch on the right side of the screen. 2. On the screen you'll see General, hit it. 3. Now you'll see a few options but look to the lower right side of the screen and hit the two arrows that point down. 4. Now look for ring tone volume. ( it will most likely be on 10) I turned mine down to 2. 5. While you are there you might want to change a few other of the phone settings also. I'm also not sure that you can get into most of these setting if the car is in motion. Good luck!
