Wow, those are nice. Guess I won't ask the price. Am sure they were expensive. Anxious to see your car with them installed.

Thanks man, It was kind of expensive. Quad projectors so double the work. Double the price. But I think its worth it for actual enhancements to the car that help me see.

Mo G, what color is your car? I think that smoked look would be nice on my silver one. I like having all the light I can get at night, legally.

Those are very nice. Can you custom the angel eyes in there also? And what is the ball part cost for those puppies?

    Thanks

They have not came in yet, they were shipped today. Ups delivery says they will arrive on the 9th. I can't wait to see the difference. I have a hid kit in the original halogen projectors now, so I will take pictures of before and after. My car is Moonglow white. The pearl (white with the green glitter) colored one. The headlamps are painted flat black. I didn't want the shiny glossy black. I was thinking that would look bad against the white.

Yeah, I got them done by lightwerkz. They can add angel eyes. For a standard retrofit its about $800-$1000 not including the spare headlamps. Labor for a quad retro (dual hid projectors) was a little above $1000, and then add the cost of the projectors, ballast and bulbs. I purchased a set of new headlamps because I couldn't find any decent used ones. The projector pricing is on there website. I would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting this done. Just waiting for them to come in to see them in real life. But so far so good. They will answer any and all questions. Going back and forth with questions over email ( well over 150 back and forth) and calling, Cesar was great.

They are going to look good. Get the pics up when you get them on. I like the blacking out.

On HID Planet, majority said the S2000 projectors were one of the best along with the Rx350's which are also bi-xenon, they are also used for highbeams. I wanted to get the best so I have no regrets later.

No joke. You got the best. Those would have been my choices as well. I can't wait to see the cutoff and beam shots! *drools*

That setup is much much better than the OE LED headlights on the Prius!

I like them! especially without the reflector! I have a spare set of OEM lights because I bought the JDM led lights, so, I might consider getting my spare lights retrofitted something like that, but with some nice bright angel eyes or something, I like the look of those!

Be careful. Angel eyes and LED embellishments are getting played out. Most serious retrofitted don't add them anymore. Solid LED brows and such like on the JDM lights are not bad though. Spend some time on HIDPlanet. :)

I would agree, much better then OE LED setup. I wish this was available through the dealer. After all one of the projectors is a Toyota/Lexus.

You know I got the idea from you about the no reflector after looking at your headlights. I liked the darker look as well as the "clear/whitish" reflector on the side. I thought about just getting rid of it from the lights all together. Cesar at Lightwerkz painted it flat black to match the housing. He thought it looked cleaner, and he was right. Angel eyes are cool, so are demon eyes, I had the shield inside the projectors painted black, I thought about white but that would have been a little much. By painting it black, when you look head on at the projectors, you don't get the reflective look at all.

I probably wont do what yall are doing but I would like to darken my headlight lenses. Have not figured out just how to do it yet. I am thinking some kind of tint applied on the outside might cause the things to hide from the sun and last longer. The plastic lenses on my Vibe gt got to looking pretty bad after a few years.
Thanks for all of the above information.

Look into lamin-x. Heard they are the best at protecting headlights. I am looking into this as well to protect the lamps from chips and the hazing caused by UV light. It wont really effect the output much at all.

Thanks Mo G. I like those headlights you have coming but I got to save some cash for gas money this winter to get the motor home out to Az. Already got a leather steering wheel coming from Garm.
