Honda sales, product mix

Honda has found their way just fine with the 2013 Accord. It's full of tech in the LX - BT, USB, backup camera, CVT, Direct injection, 30 MPG combine only 2 less than Civic, avg FE ind, Instant FE indicator,
EX and up gets smart entry, push button start, EX-L has blind sport monitor, lane watch, FCW, Hondalink, 16G HDD, XM, BT streaming audio.

Plus, their gauge shows instant MPG, ODO, trip and outside temp all at once.
I busted Toyota with Camry SE gage what shows trip or ODO or MPG and have to push a stick of a button in the corner to cycle through it. LLLLaammmeee.



I'd take this interior over Prius interior ANY day of the week

I'm starting to understand the other side more lately. When I first got my Fit I was a huge hatchback/wagon fan, couldn't imagine driving anything else, but since I got my v i notice i really don't use the extra cargo space the wagon gives me. I thought it was great for hauling bikes when I had my fit but i've gotten into the habit of using a hitch mounted rack, so much easier to load and unload bikes and keeps the interior clean. I could see myself being swayed in my next car to replace the v to just get a sedan if all my other needs/wants in said car are met.
As far as Honda's lineup right now, the accord looks tempting as a replacement for my v, hopefully the hybrid version works out well. I'll check back in 5-10 years when my v is worn out, by then perhaps honda will have hybrid options that compete well with 4th/5th gen prius.

 

cycle, thanks. looks like 6 of one half dozen of the other. where are the cupholders on the honda?
