Imus lost his job at a radio station, Jimmy the Greek lost his job, Mel Gibson lost A lot of deals and money. All if them made a sincere apology. PD had her chance on the Today Show and no apology. Just an angry lash out.

All those mentioned got there jobs back.

How you are able to twist around what you saw and heard on the Today Show interview to fit your views is amazing. There is nothing remotely close to a racist rant in that interview. You think you have a gift of knowing what other people know, think and feel. All I see from you is distrust, misinformation, and behavior that ends up promoting the same type of hate and lies you think you're standing up against.

Below is a quote from an email I received today from a friend. Yes, it's a joke, but I think it sums up the feelings of many people who are shaking their heads wondering how this PD thing has gotten so overblown.

PD got what she deserved. Perhaps now she may think twice. I would think that PD public embarrassment may help transition those last hold outs who think they are superior to others. We live in a multi cultural society and we need to all have mutual respect. That is being American. Your either on the good side or the bad site. The door is open and PD can walk to the good side and transform herself.

After all Imus, Gibson and Jimmy the Greek all lost there empire and got it back after transition. PD will not be treated differently.

To me any support if a racist like PD stinks, and it raises questions about that persons integrity. Chuck I don't think this applies to you Chuck.

I have already made it clear that I don't support racism; and the only way that it will begin to go away is by equal persecution of its offenders, on both sides of the coin.

I'm not a lawyer but PD and others are tried in the Public opinion court. Everyone's offense is different. I can say that the known examples of racism that were unquestionable all lost employment and sponsorship Imus, jimmy and Mel. So looks like all suffered some setback in Public Opinion.
