Im thinking of getting the Prius Plus springs and rear sway bar. I was wondering if the Sway bar is needed if i purchase the springs.

Can i install the springs without getting the rear sway bar? Will this cause any damage or wear down the road. Are they meant to be put on at the same time.

    thanks.

Sway bar is not needed, but it would be a nice little add on. After you lower it a alignment check would be nice to add.

I think you meant required? Not required with Plus springs. Def. no damage without it. Improvements are quite noticeable to me without it.

Yes, but give it some time to settle in before getting the alignment done.

Depends, how many miles do you drive per week/month? Maybe one tank full.

I drove much longer, about 3k miles, before alignment. And even when they checked it, only the front toe was out very slightly. The rear was toe was out just as much but they don't adjust or shim the rear. This was at the Toyota dealer too.
