    hi all,

I just had enkei performance sr6 wheels put on my prius. They look awesome, but the shop said they couldn't install the tps, because with their tools, they likely would end-up damaging the rims?!

has anyone had this experience? Kinda frustrating. Right now, my new wheels are on, but my tps are in my glove box :(

Not sure about your wheels but they swapped my sensors over and everything was done in less than 30 minutes. Are your wheels tpms ready?

I'm not sure  The webpage discuss tpms, but nowhere does it specifically say it is tpms ready......

:)TPMS has been standard equipment on all USA made cars since model year 2007. Can't imagine new wheels sold that can't use TPMS monitors? My understanding, TPMS sensors can't be reused without rebuilding them. Hopefully, that's what they were referring to.
