Prius C tank capacity more than expected...

    I remember seeing the tank capacity for a C as 10.5 somewhere, but Toyota and other sources list it at 9.5 as you said. How did I miss that?

    Anyway, I did notice that from my testing, there's about 1 to 1.1 gallons of available volume between when the pumps in my area shut off and when I can see the fuel sit at the top. Seems like you were on the verge of filling to the top when you stopped.

    It's rated for ~9.5 gallons. But as you both have found out, if you fill to the top of the neck you get a lot more than that.
