Hey, just picked up a 2011 gold prius the other day. I've had my eye on these for quite some time, but just never pulled the trigger. I think it's a Two, though,I'm not completely sure. I Just hit 20k miles last night. I'm coming from a 2006 Ininiti G35 coupe mt, which is so different haha. I'm probably going to put springs on it and get it tinted in the next few days.

I was wondering if someone could explain how to get these hubcaps off. I tried to do the procedure in the manual, but one of the them cracked.

Congrats on the new Prius. I just grabbed my dads wheel covers from the inside of one of the openings and pulled. It popped out a bit and then kept going around until it completely came off. Also, as an FYI, 2010 used Roman Numerals for model designation. 2011 on used Two, Three etc.

We can try and help you figure out if its a two or three, does it have a JBL stereo and XM radio even if not activated, bluetooth, speakers in the TOP of the rear doors not the bottom of them? if it has these things, it's a Three not a Two.

  3. I've heard that the Infinities drive like spaceships. Gosh they're so expensive. Though I must admit, that is one shiny gold puppy...

To be honest, I think the Prius drives more like a space ship. I also love how quite it is. That Infiniti was starting to became a chore for me to drive around town.

    It was pretty OG though...

Here's another vote for just pulling them off. It can take a bit of effort, but it's the simplest way with the lowest chance of scratching anything. If you really need them, some bicycle tire levers made of plastic are handy. It's not worth a trip to the store for them, but if you happen to have some lying around, they'll make the job easier.
