I'm sure I'm going to get some "that was discussed here" answers for this post.. I apologize, I appear to be awful at searching for old posts and can't seem to find these answers...

I just got a new 2013 Prius Five (not V) with the tech package. Love it overall, with a few caveats (drives me crazy that I couldn't get a moonroof, and I wanted the recently removed parking assist feature - not that I'd really use it, I just wanted the toy), but I am running into a few issues and/or questions:

*I've been trying for two days to get into the "Apps" on the entune system. Each time I try, it says there is an update. The update gets to somewhere between 60-90% and then fails. I've tried with an iPhone 5s, and iPhone 5 and a couple of android devices with no luck. I've tried on 4G, LTE, and connected to two different wifi networks... Any suggestions?

*Is the CD changer one disc only now? The book doesn't really mention either way (which leads me to believe it is), but the dealer said it was multi, the load screen looks like it has room for more discs, and a warned sticker near the bay says, "only load one disc at a time"... This isn't a huge deal (I haven't played a CD in a car in a couple of years), but I'm curious.

*I found the trick to turn off the internal backup beep, but are there any other critical tricks?

*Is there a way to make the car unlock all doors when the drivers-side door is touched? Touching the passenger-side door and the hatch unlocks all three, but the drivers side does not. My dealer did something to my 2010 to rectify this, but I don't know what...

Thank you experts for your time,

    Jeremy

The dealer will fix the update issue it may need a erase and reinstall. The dealer can also change the option to unlock all doors for free

Not what I was hoping to hear -dealer is not close to home or work. Ugh.

    Thank you, though!

I don't want to seem curt but have you tried looking in your Owners Manual?

The door unlock thing can be done by putting the car in on mode, push the SETUP button on the nav, then select Vehicle Settings.

I have looked through the manual. I've found lots of answers, but not those.

OP, the user manual also has a procedure where you press buttons on the key fob to toggle between unlocking 1 or all doors.

On the CD issue, P 304 of our 2010 manual gives instructions on loading multiple CDs. Does yours? Maybe the warning "only load one disc at a time" was added because some people were trying to put more than one CD through the slot at once. OTOH, it may be just a single disc player.
