Whirring Noise passenger side compartment when driving highway speed

    I recently purchase 2013 Prius Persona, I have about 350miles. I noticed whirring noise on passenger side compartment when driving on highway speed. But when driving city driving, no noise. Is this a common problem? Does anybody experience this type of noise?

    I notice a whirring sound from the passenger side compartment when I floor the car (ie. going up a hill and putting strain on the engine). I just figure it's from the engine's valves opening and closing.

    Is the noise from the rear seat area, not the front? Is the battery cooling vent clear, and can you tell if this noise is coming from that vent?

    Noise is coming from front passenger cabin area below glove compartment. I noticed it when driving on freeway when accelerating, cruising around 65mph, when merging freeway. But noise dissipate when driving in the city.
