Can anyone tell me or give me a link (for some reasons search engine isn't working at the time) of how to flush the coolant?

I saw some videos suggested using flushing fluid or water. Which one I am supposed to use.

Don't forget that your Prius has two separate cooling systems. The engine coolant and the inverter coolant.
Engine coolant in the top 2/3 of radiator and inverter coolant in the bottom 1/3. Totally separate.
The engine coolant has 3 drain cocks: radiator, engine block and coolant heat storage tank.
Radiator bleed valve is on top of radiator on driver's side. Have to remover radiator support cover.
The inverter coolant is a simple drain and refill, no flushing. There is a small bleed valve in front of the inverter.
