When I got my tires rotated at the dealership, they could not get the need maintenance light to go off. That happened once before, and it was an easy fix, but the person who fixed it is no longer working there.
They did all that is required to turn it off, but with no response.
Has anyone else had this issue?
    Thanks

why not try the instructions in the owners manual, it's pretty simple?

    Oh boy.

    1. With the car in Ready, Select Trip A on the MFD
    2. Shutdown car.
    3. Press and hold the MPH/KPH button on dash.
    4. Press Start button. Hold button above until the data has been reset (as indicated on the screen).

Welcome aboard by the way, enjoy the ride!

Following the maintenance manuel did not work. They said the reset them many times daily. But in this case it is not working, this also happened once before.

If you don't mind losing your fuel economy stats, trip meter readings, I would disconnect your 12v battery for say 3-5 minutes to see if it resets what causing the issue.

I'll keep this in my owner manual for the next time this happens.
