    lol I went from a Lexus GX 470 V8 at 12mpg but what a comfortable beast it was. I miss it but I do not miss the gas stations I had to visit every 5 days or so.

    :)Sounds familiar. I've had my 2012 Prius Plug In Advance for almost a year. I turned in my previous car, leased 2011 Lexus IS F-Sport a month ago. Down sizing has been fun, zero regrets. I'm a "appearance" modder and will never stop.

    Got my 1st (10,000 mile) oil change, disabled the reverse beep, all at the dealership, who also happened to ding my Prius Plus forged rim. Of course they deny it. I can't prove it they did or didn't. But, they will look into fixing it and suggested they will split the cost.

    My concern about fixing it is replicating the special finish. I may just take whatever money they give me and ask them to apply it to a new rim purchased at cost.

    Bummed out... The first scratch is always the hardest to swallow.

    Sean (sfv41901) came over today. It took a bit of time since I had an extra mod with the turn signal covers but in the end I was really happy. The LED set up inside the mirror is so cool. Sean was a real trooper. I was very very impressed with his work knowledge and ethics.

    I know you have seen these already on other cars but here is mine :) I really like how it flows with the door handles and the contrast of my car color.

    How did you install these? did you just fit them between the mirror and the plastic backing? or did you cut space out of the plastic backing to fit these?

    Does it cause any slight issues with the mirror or edges of the mirror sticking to the plastic backing?
    Does it cause the mirror to bulge or bow slightly in the area where the LED indicator sits behind it?
