Is the battery fan running continuously or more than usual? Can it be driven?

When the Prius is READY, look at the inverter coolant reservoir for fluid turbulence. If you do not see this, the inverter coolant pump has failed and that is the reason for the warning lights that are displayed.

As the Prius 12v system is slightly different to traditional cars, could you clarify how you checked the 12v just to make sure all is well. A silently failing 12v is often missed in diagnostics and can throw the sorts of errors you're reporting.

I have a Prius 2007 with the same problem, plus when I press the brake pedal, it suddenly loose pressure and makes a lot of noises on engine bay, plus an alarm high-pitched sound coming from under dash. I've been reading complains about the same problem form another prius owners. Does anybody know about a TSB or Toyota recalls related to this same problem????

After reading this forum for 4 years I don't think I've come across a fault like you describe BUT if you are losing brake pressure I wouldn't drive the car and call for it to be taken away and checked - URGENTLY.

The alarm is warning you of low brake fluid pressure. You might check to see if your brake fluid reservoir is full and if you see any brake fluid leaking.
