At least Level III with the JBL/NAV however, Home Link, Leather/Heated seats and additional leather upgrades can be and are often Dealer/Regional upgrades, at least in the Gulf States Region. Lumbar is seldom added, so likely it is a Level IV. Get the VIN and contact Toyota Corporate to verify for sure.

i don't know/have the specs, but there are threads here with them listed for each year, or use the vin as recommended above. but if they think it's a II, you might want to grab it! even if those are all aftermarket, they add quite a bit of value.(y)

Does it say Plasmacluster around the climate control screen? If so, you have a IV for 2010. That would not have been added on aftermarket so that's a dead giveaway.

I have a 2010 II and that is definitely *not* a II. The II lacks, for instance, the back-up camera.

Thanks everyone , I sent email to Toyota and they confirmed IV. Based on that I feel like I got a great deal.
