2006 Gen II Prius died while driving, Red Triangle, trac Control and CEL all came on

    I'm not sure how your daughter can drive two cars at once - or perhaps you meant that a friend would drive another car following her. An alternative might be for you to pick her car up with your trailer as you had earlier planned.

    Or, maybe she can log some miles in local driving to see what driveability symptoms are present now.

    Sorry should of clarified, she and some friends were already planning to come down for a concert this weekend and since she was having problems they had already made alternate plans to drive a different car.

    I think that is a great idea, I will have her drive it around town and then maybe jump on the freeway once she feels confident with the car, we'll see.
