It might have been mojo who reminded us that US lower 48 states represents a small fraction of the global surface, when something wasn't going 'his way'. Or maybe it wasn't but choosing certain times or certain areas deserves some justification.

I've not bumped this since 2016 but link shows intervening years have not fueled anybodys' fires in particular. 2019 might, as 2013 certainly did.
