I have never owned a car that wasnt somewhat customized, and I couldnt leave the prius alone when I got it either.
I only wanted the charcoal color so I searched until I found what I wanted.
Bone stock I upgraded the wheels, tint, taillights, floormats and seat covers immediately.
Yesterday I tried the plasti-dip emblems (against my wifes wishes...boys shes pissed)
Anyway, here is where Im at.

And here is my plasti-dip project

The only other thing i want is one of those push putton shifters instead of the knob.
Other than that I love the prius...constant 47mpg even with the 17's

The push button shifter is one after market mod I am seriously considering adding to our new 2013 Prius. Nice looking wheels. Here is what our's look like. 17" also great MPG also.

Yup, that is what I want. I like the shifter that is in there now, but I really want the push button one.

kinda expensive, but it's kinda hard to top the coolness of just pushing a button instead of moving this little stick.... :)

I myself think it is rather a cheap priced mod that is very cool.

I have already added the rear bumper scratch protector which cost me about $230 or something like for the dealer to add it. I am going to also add the body side moulding which will be somewhere around $250 to $350.

So when you consider those facts, to me the push button shifter is really not that expensive. Not when folks are changing out wheels and tires - actually no comparison to speak of IMO.
