2011 prius braking and barking

hi everyone

I recently bought a CPO prius from authorized dealer. it has 40k miles and usual brake barking.

Most engine starts with barking. (foot on brake, push start button and take off fot from pedal) when calm city driving barks at red light stoppings. I also noticed after 2-3 min after turn off the engine, barks (brake pedal free) shortly.

Another thing is during panic braking (40 mph - 0) lot of tire slipping, no abs light is on. is it normal?
abs feels like working and hits 1-2 times. Tires Goodyear Integrity 195 65 R15 I attached braking video and tire condition pictures. I have no idea about it requires to recall, recalled or not.

Is your car almost like this? I drove couple years hyundai accent it slips less to none. I didn't drive prius before except mine If it's usual thing, just wanna be sure.
