    I just ordered this:

    Sears.com

Because My own inflatables do not quite make the grade.

If nothing else, Sears has always been good about returns/refunds. From what I can tell, the creeper is pretty much a piece of junk, but I don't care about it anyway.

A reasonable choice. I don't think you need the creeper because it doesn't sound like you enjoy being under the vehicle, with concerns about whether the jackstands will support the car or not.

Omg, that is so funny about the inflatables. :) That def looks like a reasonable choice. I think you will like it.

A good buy for all those pieces. The one drawback, the floor jack isn't low profile.

There is a cheap, safe, and easy work around to get the front of the bumper high enough to clear this floor jack. Some PC members have improvised scrap pieces of wood to drive-up on. Your floor jack height will dictate how many levels you will have to build. Get scrap douglas fir 2"x8", 2"x10", or 2"x12"; wider is better and safer.
Just to give you an idea of what I'm talking about.
Piece 1) say 2 feet long
Piece 2) say 18 inches long, this gets screwed into piece 1.
Piece 3) say 12 inches long, gets screwed in piece 2.
Each step gives you 1.5inches in height, and 6inches before the next step.you can always make it longer, so you can drive down the steps should you over shoot, and don't drop the Prius 6inches in height (comparable to some street curb heights).

Place this wooden drive-up step under your Prius and drive-up slowly. You will also need to lower the car back onto this wooden step, because floor jack is too tall.

I finally found a jack that will work on the Prius, front and rear. To get to the jack point on the front, I have to put the jack under the car just behind the front tire and it will reach the center jack point under the front. The rear I can reach the jack point from the back of the car. I jack up the front first and install the jack stands and then raise the back. I found this jack at HF and found out that you can't use the 25% off coupon for floor jacks. It works well and was a decent price.
