Add a layer of Expel UV resistant clear shield over it. That will help keep the plastic clean. I.e. use a good quality headlight lens cleaner then UV protect it.

The problem is that the Toyota emblem is sealed over the plastic!!
I guess I could put lens cleaner on, between and around the Toyota emblem?(y)

Ahh in that case. Do your best to clean up the yellowing then apply the UV protectant liquid they supply with the good headlight cleaner kits. :) Then keep applying it every time you wash the car.

I have a 2012 and it's a five series and the front emblem is attached from the back side and it too has the Toyota emblem inside the clear plastic casing... hate it because I've plasti dipped all my badges in matte black and cannot figure out what to do with this emblem!! Any ideas or anyone done anything with this emblem before?

I replaced the whole badge with one that had lights in it (130mm x89mm ) and used the Toyota emblem on front.
Mine was two parts when I took it out; but when I put mine back together with lights; I used clear silicon to hold it together.
I had to make it work!!;)
