MPG down to 36-40

    my average mileage down to 36MPG this week. is there something wrong with my car? never really went as far as 50mpg the best I got was 45mpg. my average is 40mpg. any suggestion? thanks!

    You need to explain your situation a bit more.
    Like what year and model is your Prius......since it doesn't show in your profile.
    How long have you had it ?
    What are your daily drives like ??

    There are a REALLY LOT of "my mileage is going down" discussions on here already.
    Reading a few of them might be a good place to start.
