Third Gen Prius Surging on Highway in Cold Weather

    It's changing today as we speak. Was lovely and sunny yesterday with barely a cloud in the sky. Today it's changing and tomorrow is meant to get much much colder and wet. So 6 months of misery :)

    It was 3c the other morning where I am and some parts had it below freezing. Still not in the same league as Canada though.

    Lucky you! Don't envy you at all. Didn't like the English winter, myself. The worst of both, cold and damp! Not really quite cold enough to dry out. Oh, and dark! :(

    Yes. Depends where you are. Vancouver was temperate but wet! Toronto, Montreal & Ottawa were freezing. -20C is Cold! The dryness is probably the worst part - skin went crazy! But they are well prepared and used to it. I preferred that to the UK winter - which I quit halfway through and went home!

    Summer coming here, but the "wet season" (3/4 of the year) still not over yet.

    We got rid of our Prius for a Ford Focus Electric. It's someone else's problem now.
