I have two of these from
two different Prius cars that we have since traded in.
They are for the 2004-2009 Gen of Prius
Both are in working order... Smoke free vehicles
They are taking up garage space for no reason so just make me a reasonable offer so that I don't have to mess with ebay!!!
Email might be quickest at futureloss at yahoo dot com (spelled out that way for spam bots)
Email me and I can send you my phone number if you'd prefer to talk first... or I can put it on ebay and we can do the transaction that way if needed (just hate to pay ebay fees)
    thanks for looking

Why do people remove these things to sell? It's like removing the radio when you sell the car, it shouldn't be done as it's part of the car

Meh... I took mine out in day one, and probably will never put it back. It just takes up valuable cargo space, so why not sell to someone who can use it?

as far as I know, these things come with all the Prius cars. Only prius that are missing them are the ones that have been removed and sold. Wouldn't need to buy them if people didn't take them out and sold them

I think I would leave it, if I was trading in....

That being said, in a "Trade In" scenario, you aren't going to get any more or less for the vehicle, with or without them.

For me, it's a matter of being "nice" for the next owner. Even if technically I can remove them? I'm just going to leave them.

Now if the vehicle has been totaled? Then I say, pull everything of value you can.
