car side mirror

    some idiot turn my car side mirror manually. Now its making little bit sound like brrr! brr! brrrr! its not regular sound. but, Itz working will it be any problem later

    i suppose they messed up the gears or motor shaft, resulting in pre mature failure.

    its almost working fine except that sound :(. What i suppose to do now. i am bit scared will it be a problem later on.

    Isn't that just a folding mirror? Designed to manually fold? What sound does that make

    no its power folding mirror. Left side mirror is perfect its not making any sound. but the right side mirror which has been fold manually is making an extra sound than the regular sound.

    Just power fold the mirror a couple times. It should re align itself

    i just did it more than 10 times but it did't :'( i'm really worried about it will it be ok later on?

    If it's a 2014 model, it's under warranty. Get a new one for free

    no its 2012 model but still i am having balance 2 year warranty. but will they exchange this mirror for me?

    yes they will give you a new one for free. The one you have now is defective. Just don't mention someone folded it manually ;)

    He means the glass itself and not the mirror housing. Do like mentioned before and take it in. It's a little unethical, but it will work.
