Just bought a used 2007 and loving it. I'm trying to figure out how to improve the sound quality of the bluetooth, meaning what I'm hearing. It's very muddled. I've found the chat notes on accessing the hidden menus but it seems that all I can do there is increase the volume. I'm interested in removing some of the bass. Anyone have any ideas?

If IIRC, the user manual has clear details and the menu is not hidden. Off the top of my head, you go to Audio>Sound and there you can adjust the balance front to back, left to right as well as bass and treble. There is also the option to have dynamic volume adjustment (in the form of on/off option) that adjusts volume up as you go faster to compensate for the louder ambient noise at higher speed.

    hope this helps.

PS, you might like to update your profile with your location and vehicle details, so that you can get more specific advice that relates to where you are located and the type of vehicle you drive.

Thanks for that. I Probably should have been more specific. I'm happy with the sound in the car as it is with the radio etc it's just that the bluetooth calls don't sound very good. I didn't know if there was a way to help that beyond changing my stereo sound settings every time I answer a call.
