    It seems to me like it's the 2012 guys that are saying charge lasts 2:40+ on L1. For most of us it seems to take about 2:20 or less.

    hmm, i wonder if they made a change? i have been under the impression that my electricity is sub standard. i wish there was somewhere i could test this out.

    You might try having an electrician examine a sample of electrons from your plug to determine if these are healthy electrons or if they are under the weather.:D

    That is an interesting observation! I often turtle mode from the freeway so I have 3-4 bars when I plug in. That's what I associated to the slightly longer charge time.

    ya, we're definitely talking charge from hv level. another thing is, the last half hour only adds .1 or .2 miles.

    Congrats John!

    I think bisco may be onto something. I had about .3 miles left when I pulled into the garage. Took only 75 minutes to fully charge the next morning. And yeah I've never seen a 3 hour charge for the OEM L1. More like 2 hours 20 minutes.
