    Hey Everyone,

So last week I finally picked up a JDM shift knob that I really liked. I ended up getting a RAZO RA 112 ball shifter. When I had my CRX back in college, I loved my RAZO pedals, so this purchase was a little nostalgic hehe.

Being the numbskull that I am, I thought the Prius shifter shaft thread was M8x1.25 - Turns out it is M6x1.0

None of the adapters worked. After doing some searching on Google for a possible adapter, I ran into @Rude person's - Irv helped me out and came to the rescue. Here are some pics and the results.

Boxing was very intricate, lots of folds and very well packaged. Very detailed and meticulous in Japan.

Here's a pic of all the adapters and base. Only to find out they are all too big.

A day later, I message Rude person's to see if he could help. He ended up making me a custom adapter and shipped it the same day after completion! Here is the adapter inserted into RAZO's plastic collet.

After! (Shot of the base -Irv nailed it, he said he would give me just enough clearance over the base as I requested. *Doing the Cabbage Patch Dance*

Shot from driver view - I love this shift knob. Makes me want to play Galaga at the Arcade hehe. If anyone needs custom work done, I would highly recommend @Rude person's, Irv does great work!

As a hobbyist with a passionate urge to get things that are almost NEVER available, I started acquiring tools and machines to make my own parts. Machine shops won't even give you the time of day to even talk to you about any job that will cost you more than $100 and up.

They don't understand the parts you want to adapt, refuse to listen and won't bother to learn the intricacies of the parts you'd need because of the time involved.

And, when I paid to have them do the machining, I often got lousy ill fitting work and a ruined part.

For the Gen III shifter shaft adapter, I have a "live" Gen III shifter to fit it to get it just right.

Getting it "just right" is very very important to me as it would e for the user.

If I would NOT be happy with it on my own car, I can't expect the person who gets it to be happy either.

Installed 12mm hubcentric spacers on rear wheels. Rear wheels are just right.

That way dangerous on your stud. It's suppose to be flush. You're tires going to fall off on the street and kill someone. Just my two cents.
