First question. Have you had any AC work done recently.

OK here we go. The compressor is driven off the HV supply. If the wrong oil is used when the AC is topped up this causes a high voltage leak in the compressor. You can disconnect the compressor from the inverter under the hood. Then disconnect the 12 volt battery for a few minutes to clear the code. Reconnect the 12 volt, and if the code does not return that is the problem.
The correct oil is ND11, and they probably used PAG oil.
The AC system will need to be completely flushed and possibly a new compressor fitted. Go back to where you had the top up done, and demand they put it right.

I should have added to the above the car can be driven with the compressor disconnected without problems, but it would be a good idea to securely tape over the outlet on the inverter, and the plug from the compressor to keep dirt and moisture out of the connectors. Only work on the inverter with the key fob removed from the car.
Further even using equipment that has used PAG oil previously to top up the AC on the Prius can cause problems.
