    HELLO: Does this inverted pump recall apply to all 2008 Prius model? IS it too late NOW to have the recalled service ??

    It's never too late. If you register your vehicle on the Toyota site all recalls done will be listed, and those outstanding will also be listed. Any dealer can tell you as well.
