LOL come-on Accordlayingkit …. less than $100 in fuel + got to visit all the places I wanted without the need for a rental car or relying on others.. would have spent more than that for airfare, fuel in a rental car and a rental car… plus I also hit up 6Flags Discovery Kingsom lol….

The Prius handled well… besides whats a good wash and wax lol…. thats free just some of my time… also I will be doing this Utah trip in a couple months that damn UTAH Big 5 commercial has me all worked up lol..

What we need though is a Prius road trip lol can you imagine a road trip full of Prii on the open road.. lol down route 66 or something hahahaha

Do you have an exhaust on your Prius or just the tip? I like your tip and am trying to find something similar without having to actually get an exhaust… thanks… Cool car btw

Exhaust tip. Took it to a shop to get it install. They can't take it out unless you cut it.

I gotcha.. was jus messing because of the user name. I just had road trips I guess because I have 2 little ones. Heck I dread the 4 1/2 hr trip to North Myrtle every year for vacation haha

 

about 3-4 passes. I took my time since I was doing CF stuff in the interior. I'll probably remove it all after a week or so. Looks sort of cheesy but awesome at the same time.

gorgeous, and I am not saying that just because I have a black Prius as well…just looks sleek and sexy, yes, a pain to keep clean, but when it's clean, it's stunning!!

Honestly, I haven't met a color on a Prius that I don't like...

I plan on adding lower door trim to mine, too, when I have some frivolous cash

That's exactly how my prius looked liked also when I drove up from San Diego to San Francisco 2 weekends ago.

I put 1100 miles on my prius on that trip.

I made it to SF in 7 and half hours and only had to stop in Patterson CA for gas. I left on a full tank and got 412 miles before having to stop for gas. I was cruising at 75 to 80 mph on the way up.

I'll be due for 5K service in about 150 miles.

 

My taillight tint didn't come out as expected, so I won't post the pics. It looks real good don't get me wrong, its just way too dark (like 20-22% or something) where I can't see the nice chrome reflectors and further, they left a 1/2' gap on the inside trunk area which is and eyesore. Its almost as if they left the hatch closed and worked around the spoiler area.

I went back today and spoke to the shop owner and have an appt for next tues for them to remove the tail tint and I'll get credit for my roof to get wrapped gloss black instead. I asked if they had a lighter tail light tint and they did not, said they would have to order the light stuff but said it is almost pointless as its so light so i passed on it… oh well..

I might try a light coat of the "smoke" plastidip and see how that works out in the future.

 

Dang that stinks......speaking of the 20-22% I just got pulled for the first time today since having my windows tinted and of course I'm at light waiting to turn with a cop running radar in a lot right beside me. Jus me and him out there, nothing I could do to make it less awkward on me hahahaha Soon as I turn he pulls out and pulls me and I immediately asked him what time he got off and he said 7p and I said well could you come back at 11p to give me a ticket because I got 9 mins to hit the turn style as we were right in front of the plant I work at! He laughed and did his window meter and the front was 20% duh and the back was 19% (What the heck....suppose to be 20% all the way around lol)

Anyways he let me go with a warning after asking if I bought it like this and I said yea told me to get it fixed. I made it to work in time and coworkers asked me what I gotta do and I said drive the other way into work incase hes sitting near by seeing if i fix it lol

Lets see how dark them tail lights are bro! Give us a 50 footer shot lol

 

Ok. Lol. Here ya go. An overcast late afternoon pic and a crappy night time pic. Both with the lights off... I like the chrome reflectors against my tinted windows so that's why I wanted a light tint like some other have here. This is just way too dark. Thus it's gotta go...



The light actually comes through pretty well when you apply the brakes though.

 

It is dark but I think it looks cool! So what was your reaction when you pulled up and see your taillights??
