    Hey,

I live in the Greater Boston Area in MA. Went through True Car and visited the dealer. Got an OTD price for a 2015 Prius Two (Black) of $22077 (car = $20124)

Haven't been to other dealers, but the sense I'm getting is that it will be hard to beat. That was the lowest price on True Car.

    What do you guys think?

    Thanks!

Don't forget the 500 loyalty rebate if you are a current prius owner or live in a household with a prius. Oh yeah, that's a good price.

I think many dealers are going to get to this level in pricing, just to move some metal.

Doesn't hurt to contact other dealers through their Internet Sales Departments to see how low they'll go. You know you hit bottom when the dealer says "if you can buy it for that price elsewhere then buy it."

That's exactly what I did. I kept haggling till sales manager told me "we stand by our price and if you can get better else where you should go there". I left and waited a few days and didn't hear from them assuming that was best I was going get.

I think you got a decent deal for your area.

The perk of being in So Cal, there's a lot of dealerships here and that means you can have then bid against each other. There's about 20 dealerships down here that's all within 2 hours of each other.

My OTD price was 20,075, but fees were only about $450 and don't pay taxes. Found the price online advertised, and didn't have to haggle. I did manage to get them to come up 250 dollars on the trade in though.

Not on purchases. Mostly income and property tax.
